Privacy notice

What we collect

When you complete a form on this site we collect the details you type into it — your name, the organisation you work for, your email address, your phone number, your country and whatever you write in the message box — together with any files you attach.

Why we collect it

Only to answer you. Enquiry details are used to prepare a quote, a sample or a reply. Job applications are used to assess you for the role you applied to. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not pass your manuscript to anyone outside Vivlio.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to project@vivlioinfosolution.co.in and to our web partner at hello@loov.co.in, who maintains this site. Files you upload are stored in an access-controlled Google Drive folder belonging to Vivlio Info Solution. Access is limited to the people working on your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiry files are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Job applications are kept for up to twelve months. You can ask us to delete anything at any time and we will do it and confirm.

Unpublished manuscripts

We treat every manuscript as confidential whether or not an NDA is in place. If you would like our mutual NDA before you send anything, email project@vivlioinfosolution.co.in and we will send it the same day.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Embedded content such as the Google map may set its own cookies under Google's policies.
